Finally

This is d-day! I'm officially a college graduate! I waited for this day for an awfully long time and...now what? Early this morning I brought these six heavy books for signing and it took me 'til this afternoon to finish them all. Then, I went to the college secretary and the university registrar for the signing of clearances...at last...felt like grinning to myself the whole day and everyone I knew congratulated me (for the first time I'm comfortable with this gesture). I'm happy, very happy, but tired. I have been carrying too much load (literally and figuratively) for the past three days and I can't go any further at this moment. I think I'm going to be sick...tonsillitis sucks!

P.S. someone from Space Man Spiff told me I won a free copy of their CD for being their most distant fan...well I hope so 'coz I love their songs!

Delayed.

No matter how much you want to finish something but you don't have the resources, you just can't. Being resourceful doesn't help, too. I have been asking my mom last week to just borrow money for my hardcopies and I do the rest. But she kept on insisting that I have it bounded at my ninong's printing press so we can pay later and have discounts at the same time. I had this bad feeling and I was not wrong. Yesterday, my dad and I went back to the printing press to ask for Major changes. The cover color was not right. Their navy blue seemed to be lighter than usual. So now, we have to pay extra, and the total would be the same amount we would be paying had the others done it.

Finalizing

i went out with my father to photocopy the paper at my godfather's printing press. i do hope we get a lot of discounts (better yet -- free!) for bookbinding... i could probably pass the final hardcopies next week.

just watched the Amazing Race - Manila early this morning. i was too excited to see my country in the race, and more excited to see Colin and Christie eliminated. Unfortunately, it was a non-elimination round.

Passing a Special Problem

It's not so easy going to school without any classes to attend to. First, I don't have any classmates so no one to busy myself chatting with. I'm lucky if I find friends and past classmates... Next, staying just for a while and end up paying fifty pesos for my fare sucks! And lastly, since I could go anytime I want, I usually come in late. This means no jeepneys to wait for me and a long habal-habal (motorbike) ride to go making my moppy hair, which I cut myself, messier than ever. Why do I go through this? Just to pass a paper due a long time ago.
